Welcome in the Comunity !It's possible that Chrome's Flash Player is the problem. I get the message that this should be set on Chrome. I would suggest using Opera or Mozilla Firefox as a browser.With Windows 10 it is also possible to download the Candy Crush Saga app in the Microsoft Store, and to play directly on the PC.

Adobe Flash Player is not something that an average user should mess with. The Flash Player has too many versions which poses Security Threats which is why it is built-in in all the Browsers. Browsers like Google Chrome regularly updates this and will continue to do so up until December 31, 2020 when the Flash Player's Support and Distribution cease to exist and will be replaced by HTML5. Users like you and me will never have to deal with this for as long as we don't make any changes in its Settings in the browser itself.
Since September 4, 2018, Google Chrome's 10th Anniversary Edition Update, the Flash Player's Settings can no longer be changed on Google Chrome Settings. Although you cannot manipulate the physical Flash Player Version from there, you can check it out by typing this link on the Web Address Bar: chrome://components/
Adobe Flash Player is located second from the bottom of the 14 Chrome Components above the Widevine Content Decryption Module.
Downloading and Installing a different version other than what the browsers are using is catastrophic to Game Apps and other Apps that need to run Flash. I've posted How To Videos on this topic on YouTube which helped a lot of people resolve their Streaming Videos issues. As far as Games, if your Operating System, Browsers and Apps are regularly updated, you wouldn't have to deal with crashing issues. If the Browser is regularly Updated so is the Flash Player. -

You will have to check the Chrome Components from the link that I gave you. Compare it with the version that you Downloaded and Installed in your computer. If they are not the same version, then that is what is causing your issues. I am still trying to figure out what the viable resolution to your problem. Unfortunately, I keep on coming back to the same conclusion of undoing what you did of Downloading & Installing the Flash Player. There is a reason why Adobe Flash Player is not included in the list of Installed Applications in the Computer Control Panel.

Hi Werner! Just like Chrome, the Flash Player is built-in in other browsers to prevent confusion on the Versions.
It is a fact, not just possible that Candy Crush Saga can be Downloaded & Installed on Windows 10 thru the Microsoft Store.
I think @mfahite stated in the first sentence that he/she is having a Black Screen Issue on Candy Crush Saga on Windows 10. -
Are you having problems with the games in Windows 10?
Does the app suddenly crash, freeze, don’t want to connect to Facebook or just don’t load? Don’t worry, resetting the app usually fixes most issues.
- Click on the Windows icon down to the left on your PC.
- Choose ‘Settings’, the icon that looks like a cogwheel.
- Go to ‘Apps’, then to ‘Apps & features’.
- Find the game you have issues with and go to ‘Advanced options’.
- Click on ‘Reset’.
Still not working? Then a complete reinstall of the app is probably needed.
- Again go to ‘Settings’ and find the game under ‘Apps & features’.
- Instead of choosing ‘Advanced options’ click on the Uninstall button.
- Restart the computer.
- Finally, download the game again from Microsoft Store.
Please be aware that when you reset or reinstall the game all in-game items like boosters and lives will be lost. Your progress and gold bars can always be restored by reconnecting the game to your Facebook or King account.
