Leaderboards not showing friends

My Candy Crush progress is synced via Facebook. Previously, I was able to see all my Facebook friends who play CC in the progress area - current level, levels this week, rank. As of now, I just see myself in there is a short list of one! Do other people see this? Bug or an issue with my account?

There are some connection issues in the game right now. You may be experiencing various problems for this, it is a temporary problem and work is being done to solve the problem.
Right now, I don't ask you to do any troubleshooting checks, just wait a bit.😉

I've just gone into the game to do the screenshot and of course it's working now. First time it has in a couple of weeks.

It's academic really anyway, as I shall be quitting the game if the ability to exit and restart levels isn't restored by next Wednesday.

You enjoyed this feature because of an error in the game. 😉
But currently this error has been resolved so you will not be able to get this feature back in your game.

I've seen that thread already.

That "error" as you call it was a feature, not a bug, and removing it makes progress in the game tedious and impossible, especially as King now release 45 levels a week! So yes, I will 100% be quitting if it's not restored.
