Just synced; won't buy boosters or extra moves

Hi!

I just recently synced with my old Android device and I can't buy boosters and/or extra moves. The booster wheel keeps loading, even though I have strong Internet connection. 
I just updated the game and it is still not working. Please fix this

Hi @candycrushinit, that sucks!  Maybe they are doing you a favor by not being able to buy boosters.  I'm just kidding but I have to make light of the situation with so many issues going on.  Have you tried clearing out the history today?  Give it a couple of hours and then maybe it will start working again.

@Elsa I've cleared cache and cookies and it didn't work.

I was hoping that would work.  The only other alternative left is to uninstall and reinstall the game but I must warn you that you will lose all lives and boosters because they are only saved to your device.  The gold bars will remain because those are saved on their server.
