how can I get them back

Hello @SueGarvey - you never answered @firebombmarkus my fellow Superstar's question.  Have you been playing the game thru either king.com or Facebook?  Because if you have then customer support can indeed restore your progress onto your new device and in fact - if you sign in on your iPad using the same email/information you have been using on your phone (either king.com or Facebook) - you should have the levels sync between the two devices.  I play on an iPhone and an iPad and my game is synced between both platforms - but I am signed in to the same Facebook account for both of them.  My gold bars are shared between them - but I have to save lives and boosters to each individual platform - since these two things are saved locally to the device you are playing on.

@annemariehopkins33 Hi and welcome, if you have your game saved with a king or Facebook account all you should need to do is sign into your new device with you account details and this should automatically sync you levels. if it shows at level one try playing a level to see if this forces you game to sync.
