Why isn’t whenever I win five free lives if my lives are full I never receive the ones that I have won, think it’s time to just delete the game, seems they only want you to spend money!  Plenty of other games that aren’t trying to get you to buy!

    Hi, @delvin Welcome to this Community.
    That is a interesting question. 
    I have read that everyone now has the same "Top Bar" on their game board.
    One of the features is a mailbox with storage. If it is full you may be receiving lives but not able to see them as they go into storage. It may be why you see the same number in your mailbox. 
    This is my understanding. 
    Please continue the path you are on.
