Turn sound/music off

I have to turn the music off everytime I go into the game. I used to be able to turn it off and it stayed off but not anymore!!
 I need it off... permanently off. How can I do it please?

As far as I know, they will be off until you turn them on but if you reset the game app or clear data, they will be turned on.I would ask you to check for app update.😊
However, if the game app is corrupted, it faces some new problems.

You will find two switches related to sound in the menu, you have to switch off both to get rid of the sound of the game. Do you still hear the sound of the game after you switch off both?

Thanks ....I can turn it off in the game but I have to do it every time I go into the game. I want to turn it off FOREVER. Is this possible? I used to be able to

Check the app update? Could you tell me how to do that please?
