Why can't i get friends to help open new level? It's been days now and I ask a couple times a day.

I am on level 830, and wanting to go to next level. Ever since update, I ask friends for help, but not one reply. Never had a problem like this. Usually it takes an hour or less. Please help. I'm getting behind

@iosman1234 Getting a ticket to the next episode is only required in the old Flash platform on the King.com site, so I assume you're playing there? The new HTML5 platform does not use tickets at all to unlock the next episode.

Bear in mind Flash will stop being supported later this year, so the only way you can continue to play then will be switching to the new platform via mobile, Facebook, or Windows 10 app.

Or, hopefully, King.com will finally update its platform too.
