Hi @nammas, this level was reported to the studio and they checked it out. They came back to see that it's working as it should. I am going to tag @bearwithme because she was following up with the community manager on this level.
Hello @nammas. Can you please provide the make and model of the platform you are playing on and the software version. Also the studio would like to know if you used any boosters (like hammers) to collect all the keys.

He dear @bearwithme I am using Samsung Galaxy A3 Mobile platform I never used any boosters (hammer...etc) to collect all the keys . the keys are eaten by chocolate. By the way the game was updated today and the glitch still exists. I have to tell you that the game is joined with facebook with ID name: Fuad Nammas
Would you please help me coz i am so disturbed Best Regards
