What is "Not enough order targets available?"

Please help!

I've been just about finished with a level, clearly able to win, and get this message.  I've spent lots of money on boosters, but still get the message.  Please help!

Hello @CCMama Hearty Welcome to our friendly King Community  

This message usually appears in the "Collectibles" levels, when the level contains certain goals of candies to collect, or to destroy the Licorice spirals OR eat the Chocolate, etc.,   

When it is not possible for us to collect / achieve any of those tasks anymore, the game gives us that messages and tells us that we have lost the game!  

Did this made sense OR do you need more explanation?
