Everything got deleted

Hello, My facebook account was deleted and I lost all my progress on the game, this account I am contacting you on now is on the same e-mail address as the one I lost, my name is the same too. I was on level 5657 and have been playing for years. I cannot start back at level one. I would greatly appreciate it if you restored my account. Thank you very much.

I had to change my Facebook password and now it doesn’t let me sign into my account and instead signs me into my friends account. Any answers how to get my account back

You can also go to the page under: Contact us. Fill out the form, please pay attention to the spelling and send it off. You will receive an automatic email to which you will have to reply again. But be patient with the answer. Hope I could help you !! Otherwise, sign up again.

Hi guys, if ever you lose your progress below are the steps to get it back.

First you need to get your user ID # by following the steps from here.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link:  https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were.  It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient.  You should get a bot email so reply to that and then you should hear from them.  It is the weekend so I'm not sure if you will get it completed before Monday, but try anyway. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.
