System recovery

I did a system recovery on my computer and I was playing through my microsoft account and now I lost all progress.   Will I have to start over?  Or can I link my Microsoft account to candy crush again.

This did not solve the problem. This was through my microsoft account.   Not through facebook or king.com!

Hi again @Jasonc126 I would like to suggest you to create King account and synch your game to it or you can connect your game to Facebook ( whichever you preferred ) then you can fill up the form on this link https://soporto.king.com/contact with briefly description about the issue. The studio will contact you within 2-3 business day, you might have to do some follow up after you get the respond.
