    When this happens to me, I have to check the settings on my device and make sure I am online. Sometimes your internet might drop. You may have to restart your game, but the rewards usually come up the next time you play.

    This is usually the case for Slow Internet or your game may not be fully connected to the server.
    Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    I have a slightly different problem. This has happened numerous times over the past week. I can't get my rewards; but I don't get a message that says I'm not connected.;
