I have reinstalled the game

And only the data of my items has gone and not recovered 
I made a new account on King.com today for this question and I usually play the game with my Facebook account ‘ROK semperfi’ 

how can I solve that?

You will not recover any data saved on your own device like the boosters and unopened mail. 
The data that's saved while you're online is all that you'll be able to recover. Gold and your progress will always be the same on any device you sign into but your booster bank will stay with that device.
Events and features are saved by the sign-in process and are usually the same across the devices.
But... My Mom has different options on her two devices and we have no idea why. All of mine are the same.
