Why can't I receive or give lives to my friends?

I have been trying for a few days now and it's not working.

Hi... Please provide more details. What are you doing that's not working?
Have you been able to access the Mail icon on your board to respond to requests for help or accept the gifts that are sent to you, or is that the problem?
Have you gone to the menu that opens when you click the icon on the board that has the heart with the # of lives you have available for gameplay to see if you can ask for lives from there?
Are you not getting the pop-up that is the final step of the gifting process?
Other players are having similar problems but without knowing what is happening to you specifically it's difficult to give you a helpful response.

I think I won't play this game anymore!

I have no more lives and I cannot move to the next level!sorry because this game relaxes me.
