how to retrieve my level via my facebook account

I have been playing candy crush saga almost 7 years. I have never had problem to log in with my facebook account. I tried to google how to solve this problem. I uninstalled both my facebook and cany crush apps, and reinstalled them, but it still doesn't work. I can see my game from my facebook account, but I can't find "play on my phone" button. After I reinstall candy crush I can't retrieve my level, I have to start from level one. it's ridiculous. it's said my facebook accout was connected, but the level is still on first level. anyone has this problem? how to solve it?

I am having the same problem. I was able to recover Candy Crush Saga because I also played it on my iPhone. But I had only played Soda and Jelly through Facebook and cannot figure out a way to recover. Please help.

Did you not save the game with an account?

I can't retrieve my level on candy crush i last played it in 2014..
