Can not connect right now.....

I continue to receive connection errors. I've already followed the directions and shut off and restarted my mobile device and disabled Google Play Store and updated my Google Play Services. I can not properly log in to my Facebook account nor my mobile account to play on my mobile.....now what?

    Hi @DeannaB, I have had the same trouble in the last few minutes, turned off wifi and switched to mobile data and it was fine. If you have mobile data, give it a try. Ps. It uses less data than you would imagine.
