Why can’t I receive lives from friends?

Hi I have seen the thread on this on line back to 2018 but can’t see any resolution? I am playing on an iPad and iPhone and can send lives all ok. I can see I am sent lives from friends on my iPhone game account, but can’t view these on the iPad version? Many thanks

Lives are stored directly on the device memory, and cannot be moved to another device. However I would like to see screenshots of the game map of both of your devices. After watching the screenshots I can understand if there is a problem.
