Why am I not getting lives from my Candy Crush Facebook friends when I request them? I still get requests to send lives to them. They have told me that they are not getting my requests for lives. I play through FB on my Windows Desktop, Android phone & Tablet.

There are some issues with lives this time, so if your problem is recent, I would suggest you wait  more 24 hours. Or you can check out the troubleshooting below.

You can check which apps are active, expired or have been removed from your account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

If the game is listed as ‘expired,’ it means your friends list and progress may not sync with the game.

 

Click ‘Renew Access’ to reactivate the app’s permissions.
