Can you please tell me which "Flag" you are talking about and in which game? If it is the Candy Crush Saga game, can you please provide a screenshot of that Flag icon?
May be it is a feature that you have, but I still did not get! I would like to take a look at it please!

This is the flag in Candy Crush Saga. When I click it it shows me what all I can do to get boosters.0 -
That flag is like a race when you get to the end of episode if you come in 1st they 3rd you get free gold bars
