Game won't connect to store

I'm playing on my iPad & on King. Com. For months I've been unable to buy gold bars or very SPECIAL DEALS which is extremely frustrating. In January it took £1.99 but I got nothing in return. How do I get my money back. I'm logged in to King. Com it saves my games I'm on internet so what is wrong. It's unfair and if it carry on I'll have to delete all my King G games as it's pointless.
Today is the 3/2/2020. I even put £10.00 on Apple Credit to see if it would help.

If you haven't received a purchase in the game, then you will need to report the problem to iTunes/ Apple that handles all purchases you with your Apple-ID on you iPad or iPhone. Check for more instructions here.

When you try to make a purchase, do you get an error message? What exactly happens? Have you tried to reinstall the app and see if that helps?

Mine won't load either. Do I need some sort of account somewhere?

If I try and purchase anything it just says "Contacting Store"

@PecosRiverM this is an ongoing issue and game ID's are no longer needed

The tech team know of this issue and the cause and are working on it

How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.
