If you haven't received a purchase in the game, then you will need to report the problem to iTunes/ Apple that handles all purchases you with your Apple-ID on you iPad or iPhone. Check for more instructions here.
When you try to make a purchase, do you get an error message? What exactly happens? Have you tried to reinstall the app and see if that helps?
@PecosRiverM this is an ongoing issue and game ID's are no longer needed
The tech team know of this issue and the cause and are working on it
How to solve this is still to be figured out. Therefore we have no time frame for the fix. Please stay tuned and keep the app up to date to get all fixes as soon as they are released.
