It depends on what platform you are playing on and what account you use to make your purchases.
If you play on iPhone/ iPad, then check your Apple-ID account and for more help from Apple Support.
On Android devices it's your Google Play account that makes all purchases and for more help, contact Google Play Support.
If you play on Amazon Kindle, then contact Amazon Support.
On Windows Phone or if you play via the Windows app, check with Microsoft Support how to edit your Microsoft account.
If you play on Facebook, login to your account and purchase history and contact Facebook for more help.
If you play on King.com site, then contact Player Support here.
