Hi! The past two weeks I haven’t been able to open rewards in the gift boxes. It says that I need to connect to WiFi, but I am connected to WiFi and everything else works perfect besides that😅 how do I fix it?

Hello @sgtm and welcome to the King Community. Are you talking about the the 'gift boxes' you receive when you collect enough sugar drops when you play the game? Some players have been having a problem with this and the studio is aware and working on a solution. You can read more about it in the main thread here.
