Booster wheel not working

Every time I try to spin the will to win moves. It just says loading and it doesn't Stop spinning.

I've tried to log out of the game and also restart my phone and Nothing works..

Such problems are usually for slow internet. You can check again by connecting to another WiFi network.

Or, You can check the steps below.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

My booster wheel is just gone altogether! I tried to update and I notice it is gone from my backup phone and tablet as well! Is it gone forever or just temporarily?

@Sakicat  Free spin wheel is a test feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. So this could just mean your not part of the test group at the moment but could be again in the future. It may also be missing due to a temporary problem

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.
