I didn't change phones, all the game did was update (which it has done many times before) this time i lost all my boosters. I contacted support 2x and haven't had any kind of response at all.

Did you do anything different this time such as clearing data? Boosters are stored on your device so support are unlikely to be able to help with any that you have lost. If you have lost your gold bars, they may be able to look into your account history and restore them but they will need your user ID (for help with finding this click HERE)
