    I didn't fully understand your statement, Can you show me a screenshot?

    If that is ''5 extra moves'' wheel , then the problem is the weak internet or your game is not fully connected.

    Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.

    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    Is it the Coconut Wheel Booster that you are missing? Have you checked the inventory tab and that the Booster is available on the level you are playing since the Coconut Wheel is not available on all levels.
