It is not logging me into the correct Facebook account

On my phone I’m on level 31 but in my iPad it’s 1130

    Please play the level again and finish it and then please update it and clear the cache. Then it should be okay again. If not, please report back

    Hi @Pollygilbert and welcome to our Community!

    Sounds like the game on one of the devices has lost the connection to your Facebook or King account and therefore the levels are not synced.

    Please try with disconnecting the game on both devices from your Facebook or King account. Restart the devices, open the games and connect back to Facebook or your King account.

    It should get them back synced!
