Please could you tell us what device you are using (Android phone, iPhone, tablet, PC, AppleMac)?
Are you using an installed app or a web browser (Edge, Explorer, Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc.)?
It may be that you need to clear your cache and how you do that differs from device to device and browser to browser.

Do you have issues connecting the game to your Facebook account or is the issue that you no longer have access to your Facebook? 

What exactly goes wrong? Do you get any error message?

The issue I can’t connect the game to my Facebook account. I got message that content is blocked because it was not signed by valid security certificate

Could you post a screen shot of the screen when you get the error message so I can take a look at this?

Hi @moma8282 security certificates are date and time dependant. Double check that these are correct at all times on your device. In your settings you can choose to automatically set to network time.

I tried before to sing out and sign in with facebook and I tried also with the king account, but this account I made last night and unfortunately I am still on first level and I could’t restore my levels.

Can you do something to restore my levels, coz they are not save on Facebook?
