Anyone else lose all your boosters?

I’ve been playing on my iPad for years.  Been attached to my Facebook account.  I had to resign onto Facebook ( which I have done it the last). And this time lsot all my boosters.

No I just had to resign on.  Same device. They were all there and then gone.  I turned iPad in and off to see if the was that.

No, I had to resign in.  It has happened from time to time.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. However, as they are saved directly to your device, sometimes by deleting and reinstalling the game or with an update of either your device's operating system or of the game itself, then the boosters can, unfortunately, be lost.
I'm really sorry 😔to see you are feeling this way. I understand it can be frustrating when you have been playing for so long. In the Terms and Conditions, all free items awarded in the game are nonrefundable, transferable, exchangeable and cannot be used in any other game.

I can understand your feelings because it happened to me as well and I could not believe it. But after some time I had to accept a bitter truth.
