When is the connection issue to the App Store expected to be fixed?

Hello @polybliss, Hearty Welcome to our friendly King Community  

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Usually, if the issue in ONLY with your Candy Crush game, and all other games are working fine, then you can try reinstalling the game App.  Usually, that is the best remedy which works.  

But, when you do, follow these steps::  Delete the App --->  Disconnect from the Internet --->  Clear Cookies / Cache ---> Shutdown your device for 2-3 minutes and turn it back on ---> Reconnect to WiFi --->  Reinstall the game App.  

NOTE::  Please be aware that you will be loosing any and all your saved up boosters and also the Lives you have received from your friends.  And they will not be reimbursed!  If you have purchased any of those boosters, you can send a complaint with a proof of purchase and the King Player Support Team can reimburse them.  


And if you do not want to reinstall your game and loose your boosters, please head to this main thread to keep an eye for the updates ----> "Connection Issue on Candy Crush Game"

Please email Player Support so they can check up this and help you out.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Hi My iphone X seemed to not load Candy Crush Saga when between levels, so decided to remove the app to reload it knowing i had it on my pc,

i now cant reload it from the app store for some reason on my phone and when i go to my PC the FB page has completely changed and C/crush has disappeared 2600 levels gone!!

what can i do?

@Bigmatt1 Hi, on your Facebook just search candy crush saga and it will find the game for you and you can just log in as normal. there was a problem were Facebook removed shortcuts to the game so was not were they normally were

so i went to settings and turned it back on to no avail

I normally play on my iPhone not my PC so my frustration is with not being able to reload it from the app store for future games

It has been a while since i last played the game on my pc so think by also not having an account with Kingdom may now have lost my data/game/levels......

My wife says i play it too much anyway.....

still annoying though

You have to turn back on off-facebook activity. You can't play Candy Crush Saga without off-facebook permissions on. This happened to me but I see you have turned it on. Try restarting now and see if that helps.
