Are you able to provide a screenshot of the Space Race? It'll help to see the Win. I don't know if you'll get the 6 hours, but it will definitely be beneficial to let Support know if this is a new problem that needs to be addressed. I won today and have had no problems. Did you check the Backpack to see if the timer was there on the boosters? It's really the only evidence of the fact that received the 6 hours after I claimed the win. In my screenshot you can see the time I have left with the wrapped-striped candy. My 6 hours was up but I had an extra hour with that candy from another event.
I know I won space race today, 4/13/20 because I had over 6000 color bombs and the 2nd person had about 1000. This is the 3rd time this has happened over the months. I want those extra 6 hours because I have few boosters
