All of My Boosters are GONE

I had to reinstall CC this morning and all of my boosters are GONE. What can I do to get them back? I am logged in with my Facebook account and playing CC on iPad with most recent OS installed.
In addition, Didi, which I had yesterday, is GONE and whatever accounts for the Space Dash these days is gone, too.
A little help here, please?

I am sorry, but it is not possible. Because your device does not save the boosters and is therefore lost to them during uninstallation.
Please think about it next time.

That makes no sense. My Facebook login had the boosters saved -- why wouldn't they return after I had to reinstall the game? It crashed -- it wasn't any fault of my own.

There are devices that store it and some don't. That is the reason.

My devices have ALWAYS stored my boosters. Now they're gone from both my ipad and iphone and I logged into Facebook and it shows inventory I've never had (over 12 striped balls) and no UFOS (I had two) and no Party Hat boosters (I had one). I would like my boosters restored to what they were YESTERDAY MORNING.

Please check this page and see if it helps.
If you lost any purchased Boosters, then email Player Support so they can replace them.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Please note that free items do not get compensated or refunded.

So you're saying that all of my boosters are completely gone now?

@curlyfried If the steps in the page I posted didn't help and all Boosters are free items, then will be lost I'm afraid.
As stated in the Terms & Conditions that you accepted when starting to play. Free items are not replaced or refunded in the game.
