A bit more to add what my friend @Sukanta_Biswas has mentioned above...
1) Unfortunately the "Tickets Issue" remains on the King.Com platform and it is not a priority in the list of fixes for the Candy Studio;
2) But, as per my experience, if you use Gold Bars, you can pass the Road Block;
3) There are 6000 + levels available in the game, but on King.com, you cannot play more than 2800;
4) So, the best way for you to continue to play the game is to play through Facebook OR on a mobile device. I
f you do not want to create a Facebook account, then the best option would be to play on a Mobile device OR download the game through Windows 10. You can log in through your King account on both these platforms.
NOTE: Like Sukanta mentioned, all your boosters will be the same as long as you play on the same device. If you start playing on a Mobile device, you will not have any stored boosters.
Hope this made sense and clarifies why you are not receiving help with the Road Block.

According to your statement, I think you are playing the game on the Kingdom platform. In fact it is an old platform and there is no new features updated in the game. And King is not working on that platform. In the old game, the ticket was prevalent for unlocking episodes. But in the present, these options are not active in game. But it still available on old kingdom platform. Not only you, there all kingdom platform user facing this problem.
Anyway, we heard there was some problem that you described.And we already reported it. But we have no information about when this problem can be solved.
During this time you can sync the game with Facebook and play on a more advanced platform. Your Booster and Levels will remain the same.

That doesn't sound right. You can't update games from the windows store ...
It's a separate platform. I play on King.com. It should update automatically.
Try Updating Using Windows Store
Am I in the wrong area. This is on my PC.
Your phone may have a glitch or if you go into your app store and then on to updates it may be there ready and waiting to be updated.

If this doesn't work then Check Your Internet Connection, If it's slow then it might be the reason for being unable to get next level data to your Game.
Try Playing over Wi-Fi
If this doesn't helps then your Game must have been freezed.
