Lost all of my boosters because I had to delete the app...

Today I lost all of my boosters because I had to delete my Candy Crush app because it wouldn’t connect to the Candy Crush server anymore, I could watch advertisement video’s for boosters but couldn’t spin the daily wheel or complete challenges to obtain boosters.

this was going on for 5 days now, couldn’t log out, so my only option was to delete the app... I don’t want to start all over collecting all those boosters, I rarely use them but when I do I use quite a few... is there a way to get my boosters back?

i also lost 20 levels of progress because of the server malfunction...

    Hi. When you deinstall and reinstall the game you always loose all your boosters. You can not get them back. I am so sorry for you. For loosing levels... that should not happen. Perhaps you should ask the support to check what happened.

    I get that, and that I am OK with, but the fact that I had to delete the game because of a malfunction of the Candy Crush server is something I don’t get. One moment I was playing normally and the next I couldn’t do anything, and because of that server error my wins didn’t count apparently... I’m back to the level I was in when the error first started.

    i only had the problem on my phone (main device to play Candy Crush)... on my iPad I had no issues with my account.

    :( Thats why I suggested to contact the support. Perhaps there is a way to check what happened.
