It's OK @MoLa. I did it myself several times when I was new in the community. The only reason I let you know you had accidentally posted in the wrong support page, is that on the Candy Crush Saga support page you would see that the problem you are having was being experienced by other players and that the studio is working on it. Did you click on the link I provided? It will tell you more about this issue in Candy Crush Saga.
