Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

Can somebody please advise me where I find my I'd wheel and extra moves not working again

The wheel is stuck and has been for almost ten days. I have logged out and logged back in to no avail. I have passed through the prize grid, got to 184/180 and NOTHING has happened for ten days. This is beyond ridiculous

Job you need to provide King with your I'd no so that they can fix it. They kindly fixed it for me once but booster wheel and extra moves are stuck

Hello every body

I am having a problem with my candy crush game on my mobile s9+

The extra moves keeps rotating and never stops, i can't connect to the candy store as well

I have tried to reinstall the game but the problen still the same

I tried to restart my mobile and reconnect nth solved also

Any idead how to solve i am really mad with this !!

The game get stucked then I removed and reload the software. However , upon retrieving the data, only the level can be retained with Facebook . All hampers, free switch and other inventories are lost. As I remember , I have 80+ free switch and 50+ hampers before . Pleas check and help to retrieve for me , thanks
