I am so sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress of your game on your new device!!
Few questions...
1) Have you saved the game on your old device, by creating a Facebook account OR a Kingdom account?
2) After downloading the game onto your new device, did you log into that account?
** If you have missed to log into the game, you can simply log-in and you will be back at the level where you were playing. If you are logged in, but are finding yourself at level 1, please post back and let me know.

If the game wasn't saved anywhere, then send Player Support an email directly from the game.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
