Are you referring to the free timed booster you get from feeding Rami/Didi or are you referring to the 8 hour time frame between when you can get boosters again for collecting sugar drops? Can you please explain a little more and then I will be able to help answer your comment.

I'm not sure what you call it...its when coloured candy get mark on it and then counted for free boosters...24 36 24 and 60. My timer doesnt count down for it to reset.
This is a graphical issue only. The Candies are still being collected even though it shows only 60 as the maximum.
As you see you have 63 of 60 and it will continue counting from there.
Just keep collecting the Candies and when you reach to the next tier of 84, the reward will get given out and the bar will get corrected to the right amount.
