I'm not quite sure of why you think it's okay for you to be rude and use language like that when all anyone here has done is try to help you. No one here deserves to be addressed in this manner. When a Community member posts to ask for help an email is generated to those that want to help anyone that asks. You are blowing up the inboxes of those that have kindly done their best to walk you through levels that frustrate you even though you don't ask for help, you just come in complaining. THAT is annoying. You're complaining about something that no one here can change. Take it to the Support Team. They'll tell you it's there as a fail-safe to give players the chance to continue playing.

There are rules of conduct, please abide by them or don't post. Ever hear the saying "If you don't have anything good to say, say nothing at all". You are welcome to ask for help with a level or with a glitch in the game. Don't lose the privilege by getting banned from the site over something so trivial. Thank you for your cooperation.

Yes hi @FUENTESx419 you must lost if exit or continue with spin booster for extra moves or buy gold bars(optional) for extra moves.
