I noticed it only has give me 9 moves twice. And the rest of the time 12 moves. How many moves supposed to come? Thank you

Level 1403 with 13 moves

For this level try to play from left part of the board where more candies are available to play and make special candy. Try to make striped candy with colorbomb or wrapped candy combo to break more blockers. After play more from the bottom part of the board to shuffle candies and move ingredients to take them out from the board
