Can you please take a picture of it? Did you really get the boosters? Because they are stored in the backpack. There is always a hint when you get booster from the backpack. I hope this helps you further!!!

Hello @DouglasRos and welcome to the King Community. To add to what @Spinnifix has said, when you win one of the levels in the Fantastic Five, if you immediately look in your backpack you should see the items sparkle briefly. However I did want to point out that if you play the game on more than one platform (I sometimes play on 3 different ones), you will only get the Fantastic Five reward once, on whatever platform you originally reached the goal. Even if you are 'rewarded' on a second platform, you will not actually receive the rewards. The only items I have found that you can receive on more than one platform is Didi/Rami and Dexter. I have also sometimes been able to get the music box awards on two different platforms.

@patsteve318 looking at your scores if i have worked it out right they dont add up to 15000 so think you might get a slight delay in updating you rewards as seen this before. should then take you to the new 7000 version. you may want to try restarting your device see if it helps
Actually, you are right - the actual scores don't equal 15,000 but the top points says 15,000 AND I have won some levels since and nothing more gets added to my own cumulative points.
I just restarted my computer. It's the same screen shot I already sent. Nothing changes. The points for each person are: 5250, 3240, 2130, 1790, 1140 (adding up to only 13550) and the top point total shows 15,000/15,000.
We wanted to reassure you that although the counter display isn't working, the points you're winning are still being collected, and you can be confident you'll still be receiving your due rewards if your team reaches any prize milestone.
