I need help about my mom's Candy Crash account. She is gonna change her phone but she don't know her account password and she didn't register with her correct email address, so we can't reset the password. I don't know&understand how she registered with wrong email but she did it. Her registered email address is (EDITED by CM - Personal information) (yes it is vom, not com), and correct one is (EDITED by CM - Personal information) . Candy Crush is literally her everything, please help me to reset her account infos.

When she has the new phone and the game installed on it, connect it to a new King account with the correct email address.
After this email Player Support directly from the game on the new phone and ask them to manually restore the levels on the new account. Don't forget to provide them with the level she is on and the email address that was registered in the game on the old phone.
To send an email from the game, go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email.
