Has anyone else had issues with your levels messing up? Last week I was on level 3658, and the next time I went to play i was at the end of the game. It skipped all of the levels, blocked my boosters, and gives me 8 lives

Are you playing on mobile? Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Please try with reinstalling the app, not only updating.

I just reinstalled the app. It kept my ranking, but started me out on Level 1 now.

well, it finally advanced me to my last level, but it still has higher levels that say have been completed. Idk

Is the avatar stuck on a previous level like the issue here?

No. My avatar moved all the way to the end of the levels. It is now back to my current level. However, it shows most of my future levels as being activated and completed.

As an example, I am currently on level 3688, but as you can see here higher levels are shown as completed. As of last week it said I had completed all levels. Which obviously at 3688, I haven't.

To fix this I will need to do a game reset. This will cause that you lose your scores on all levels up to level 3688, but at least you can continue the game as normal.

If you want me to do the reset, please post your Game User ID here. Check here how to find the number.

After this, delete the app from your device and when I have confirmed the reset is done (on this page) you can download the game again and play.

Will it delete my level also? Or just my scores?
