The Fantastic Four Challenge and Rewards???

I completed the Fantastic Four challenge with my fellow players and we reached the 5000---the rewards were suppose to be 1 hour of speckled candy and 1 hour of striped/wrapped starters and a few other things...I claimed it and NOTHING. This is not the first time either. If you are going to run these challenges why don't you make sure they actually WORK? So frustrating.

I understand that this can be disappointing after so much hard crushing and the rewards just don't show up.
Please email Player Support so they can check up what happened and send you the rewards.
Open the game on a mobile device and go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - choose a topic and tap 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page, and send them an email.
