Right now only Italy, Spain and UK have the free lives right. If you are in one of those countries and you're not receiving them, then your app has probably not be updated to the latest version. Go to the playstore or other app that you use to update your apps, and look for an update there. Try that and let me know if it worked.

Which country you are in? If your family and friends have received the Unlimited Lives, you must be living in one of those countries that are receiving this special feature!!
Can you please confirm the country you are living and also the game you need Unlimited Lives?
