I still can't receive lives?!?!

I've already let the support team know about this ongoing issue but it still isn't working 😞

when will this be fixed?

    Hi @khaskett . Welcome to our Community 🙎

    The 24h Unlimited Lives are added to your game every afternoon this week and you need to play on a mobile device and be located in UK, Spain or Italy.

    Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.

    If they still doesn't get added, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center.

    I've tried doing all that, nothing is working. I don't live in Italy or the UK or Spain. But thank you
