Hello @Gbeamer - Welcome to our wonderful King Community. I have an iPhoneX and have no problems purchasing from my phone. Do you have a credit card associated with your phone? I have it set up so it automatically charges any purchases to a specific credit card. The carrier has nothing to do with it. This is set up through Apple. .Here is a link to find out more information how to set it up.
