Didn’t receive prize.

I collected 180 candies and it just froze on this screen. I didn’t get any prize. I’m not sure what’s going on. I sent a message to support but wasn’t able to send my screen shot

The box opened but nothing showed up. The game froze on that screen and so I exited the game and restarted it Then I check my backpack to see if I’d receive any specials.. nothing. 😔
