How do I get the Sugar Drop 180 booster achievement to process and start the 8 hour restart?

I have 73/60 on the last booster segment - for several weeks now. It won't process them no matter what I do.

The feature has not yet been removed from everyone's game and is being moved step by step.😊

Since it is almost a dead feature, we cannot say for sure if it will work properly.
