I am guessing you are having this issue on a mobile device!!
1) Do you have Facebook account OR Kingdom account? Did you make sure that your are "Logging into" that particular account, but not the other one?
2) If you are trying your correct account, then can try this:: Close the App ---> Clear Cache ---> Turn off Internet ---> Shutdown your device for 2-3 minutes and restart ---> Connect to Internet and open the game. Now, try to log back into the game and see if the problem still persists!!
If you still see the same message and you cannot log into your game, can you please take a screenshot of the message that comes up and post it here?
** To reply back, you can simple type in the comment box given below, And to post the screenshot, tap on the 2nd icon that located in the bottom left corner.
