For the second week in a row I have finished 2nd place in the scores that reset on Sundays. However, it resets and I haven't gotten a reward. What's going on?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received reward in your game!!

First of all, can you please clarify which event you are talking about? Is it the "Level Race" -- where the players who played most levels in a week are rewarded?

1) If so, is it Candy Crush Saga OR Candy Soda? Can you please clarify?

2) Have you taken a screenshot of the pop-up that you have achieved 2nd place?

3) Are you playing on a PC or a Mobile device? Did you Refresh the browser // close the App and restart your device and checked if that helped? If you have not done, it can definitely help! I have to do this often in my Soda game, for some reason!!

2. I'm sorry I didn't take a screenshot before it had reset.

3. I am playing on a mobile device. I have closed the app completely and even restarted my phone. It didn't help.
